Bjoern Seeber is the Co-founder and CEO of mindwise. With a background spanning Roland Berger, Delivery Hero and SoftBank, he brings 10 years across strategy consulting, technology and venture. He is based in Singapore, where mindwise is headquartered.

Prajwal Krishnan is the Co-founder and CTO of mindwise. A software engineer with 6 years of founder experience across Web3, SaaS and AI. He also writes The Zen Journal on Zen, Stoicism and presence. He lives and travels between Singapore and India.
Founder stories
Before mindwise, Bjoern spent 10 years working across strategy consulting, hyper-growth technology, and venture. He has held senior roles at SoftBank and Delivery Hero, leading teams and scaling operations across markets in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
He describes himself as Patient Zero. mindwise was not built from a whiteboard. It was built because he needed it - and because nothing that existed was built for someone like him.
I spent most of my life keeping it together. High performance at work. Showing up. Handling it. I thought that was what strength looked like.
It took many books and journal entries to realise I had no idea what was actually going on inside me. I wasn't broken - I just had no tools. No framework. No place to actually work through it without feeling like I was failing at being a man.
I looked for something that would help. Something built for the way I actually think - analytically, privately, systematically. It didn't exist. So I built it.
That's mindwise.
Bjoern is also the Data Protection Officer of mindwise, responsible for GDPR compliance and the data architecture that keeps every user's personal data private and protected.
He holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management Control from Vienna University of Economics and Business and is based in Singapore, where mindwise is headquartered.
Before mindwise, Prajwal spent six years building software across Web3, SaaS and AI. Held CTO & Founder roles in Labelwhale, Crowdpanel and Dive Analytics. Most recently he ran Shipfast Labs, a small studio that help teams take an idea from sketch to production-ready MVP in two weeks.
Alongside building, Prajwal writes a publication on mindfulness and the practice of integrating contemplative life with the modern world. He believes that the inner work comes first and mindwise is built towards that.
For most of my twenties I was running two lives in parallel. One was the engineer and the other was much quieter. Reading books on personal development, writing journals and going for meditation retreats. The slow attempt to actually be present in the life he was building so hard to have.
For a long time I thought those two halves were in tension. It took years to see that the work isn't choosing between them, but it's learning to hold both.
I started writing The Zen Journal because I needed somewhere to think this through out loud. The pattern I kept finding, in myself and in the people who wrote back, was the same. Ambitious, technically-minded men who do the reading and still have nowhere structured to actually do the work.
That's the gap mindwise is built for. Not something that tells you what to feel, but something that helps you see your own mind clearly, in a way that fits how you already think.
He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from the University of Manchester, where he was recognised with the Stellify Award for leadership & personal development. Prajwal lives between Singapore & India.
